When you say everything other than quote 1 is in flux, what exactly do you mean? Do you not have any pricing information at all that you can provide for these quotes? I understand offering discounts for volume - that's why I asked about specific numbers of queries and zones. Or did you mean something else by volume? I'm also assuming, when asking for these quotes, that the prices are based on a one year contract. Also, you say Quote 1 is $7 - is that $7 per month? You also have not answered my questions about the other features you offer, like Failover and Geo-DNS. I was able to find information about some of them on your website, but for instance, DDoS protection was not mentioned on your website. I would also want updated pricing for any of these features, otherwise I would just list what's on your website ($250 per month for Failover, $500 per month for Geo-DNS). I just want to ensure that we're able to provide the most accurate comparison possible - and I cannot do this if I don't have any information at all. I think it would look bad for UltraDNS if I had to leave sections about your pricing/features blank due to a lack of information, that's why I'm being so thorough in my questioning.
