At a Glance

No-IP.com was founded in 1999, and was originally intended to provide customers with free dynamic DNS and web-redirection. Today they have many paid and free services to offer. (Source)

DNS

Their Managed DNS service comes in four different packages. They've got "No-IP Free" which is their free DNS service - you can map your dynamic IP address to a subdomain you create with them, like yourname.no-ip.com. "No-IP Squared" is their backup DNS service. Then they have two paid DNS services: "No-IP Enhanced", which still makes you use one of their subdomains, but allows you to use up to 20 of them; and "No-IP Plus" which allows you to use your own domain name. Other Features

In addition to their domain registration and email services, No-IP offers system monitoring and Failover service. (Source)

Pricing

Their "No-IP Free" service is, obviously, free. Their other DNS packages range from $9.95 per year to $24.95 per year. The system monitoring service is $99.95 per year, and the monitoring with Failover is $149.95 per year. (Source)

Support

No-IP has a support section on their website with tutorials, FAQs and tools, as well as a web ticketing system. (Source)
