Reports of downtime for easyDNS include two service outages reported on their website. One in 2003, and one in 2005 both of which lasted about an hour (Source).

Pricing

easyDNS pricing ranges from $19.95 per year for their basic DNS Hosting service to $55.00 per year for their DNS Pro service. Enterprise DNS is billed at $2.00 per million queries above 5 million queries included in the membership. Additional domains are an additional charge and so is reverse DNS service. (Source).
