If you're at a lower membership level, you have to upgrade to the next level if you need more services. Failover is $4.95 per year, or $45.95 if you buy a 10-pack. The price doesn't change based on membership, but the two highest levels of membership include a certain number of Failover records to start with (3 with the Business, 10 with the Corporate).
